Hoopers have been with us longer than most of our clients, and we have continued to support and provide them with technologically advanced solutions to their requirements. This includes POSIT (Point Of Sale Transaction Analysis)- a powerful reporting system to analyse and manage transactional data from any source of retail sales data. CAMI (Customer and Marketing Information) was also created to allow intranet users in all stores nationwide to manage over 60,000 customer address and marketing records. The site is integrated with customer purchasing information to update spend analysis and provide more efficient mailings.
